How do credits work?

Credits are the currency used to generate AI content on FlyAIgh. Each generation consumes credits based on the model, duration and parameters you choose. For example, a 5-second Grok Imagine video costs 10 credits, a 5-second Seedance 2.0 Pro costs 50 credits, and a 5-second Sora 2 Pro costs 70 credits. Image generation typically costs 1-5 credits per image (Z Image Turbo 1, GPT Image 2 / Midjourney v7 2, Nano Banana Pro / WAN 2.7 Pro 5). The exact cost is always displayed before you generate.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a generation fails due to technical issues on our end or with the AI model provider (server errors, timeouts, crashes), we automatically refund the credits to your account within minutes. You'll see a "Refund - Generation Failed" transaction in your account history. However, credits are not refunded for policy violations, invalid prompts, or if you're dissatisfied with a successfully generated result.

Do credits expire?

Purchased one-off credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Subscription credits on Basic and Pro plans roll over to the next billing cycle when unused — you never lose what you have already paid for. If your account is inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to expire unused credits.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. However, we may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, extended service unavailability (7+ days), or technical errors that prevented credits from being added to your account. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to agent@flyaigh.com.

Which AI models are included?

All plans (including Free) unlock every model on the platform. Today that covers Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro (OpenAI), VEO 3.1 Lite / Fast / Quality (Google), Seedance 2.0 Pro and Fast (ByteDance), Kling V3 and Kling V3 Omni (Kuaishou), Hailuo 2.3 and Hailuo 2.3 Fast (MiniMax), HappyHorse 1.0 (Alibaba), Grok Imagine (xAI) on the video side, and GPT Image 2 (OpenAI), Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro (Google), WAN 2.7 Pro (DeepSeek), Midjourney v7, Seedream 5.0 Lite (ByteDance) and Z Image Turbo (Z.ai) on the image side. New models are added regularly with no plan upgrade required.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over after cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Creem. We do not store your full payment card information.

Is there a free trial?

Creating an account is free and needs no credit card. Generations are paid in credits — you can buy a credit pack or choose a plan (Basic starts at $11.99/mo for 400 credits), and you can also earn credits by inviting friends. You only pay for what you generate across Sora 2, VEO 3.1, Seedance, Kling, Midjourney and more.
